Design:
Aurora provides corporate identity design, manual design, layout design, construction drawing design, sign structure design and other related services. Our design team consists of 34 designers, including 5 masters and 21 bachelors. We are committed to cost optimization at the design stage. The selection of different materials and fabrication technologies will directly affect the total cost.

Production: Aurora has been engaged in the sign industry for over 22 years. We have a large production team to guarantee consistent quality, short lead times and robust packaging to prevent damage during transit. Our employees have an average tenure of 8 years at Aurora. They are experienced and loyal to the company, which simplifies factory management.

Installation
Detailed installation manuals are provided.
Aurora can source local partners to perform installation for clients when required.
We currently have partners located in the USA,Canada,Mexico,Panama, Brazil, Argentina,Australia, the Philippines, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, New Caledonia, Guam, Vietnam, Myanmar, France and Poland, UK, Spain, Germany, Serbia, Netherland and many more.
Aurora may send engineers to deliver installation training for the first batch of sites.

Q1. How can I get products exactly as required?
A: (1) First of all, we will clarify your requirements. Please kindly answer our questions so we can fully understand your specifications.
Specify whether the letter or logo comes with LED lighting. If illuminated, please confirm if it is front-lit, backlit, edge-lit, or front & back lit.
Color of the letter or logo

Height, width and depth of each letter
Application environment: indoor or outdoor
(2) After design and pricing are approved, we will produce a sample / prototype for your evaluation prior to mass production. Once the sample is accepted by the client, it shall serve as the quality benchmark for mass production.
(3) Quality Assurance: Robust quality control system. Our QC system has been assessed and approved by Fortune Global 500 companies including Shell, Total, Audi, Starbucks, etc. Notably, we became a global supplier to Shell in 1998 and to Total in 2008 respectively.
Q2. What are the production turnaround times?
A: We strive to meet your deadlines while delivering premium-quality products. Turnaround varies depending on project type and complexity. Upon receipt of your order, we will carry out research, design and cost estimation. Once all approvals are obtained, we will complete your project on time and on budget.
